The PCHA was established in 1942 as a non-profit public corporation to provide “safe, decent, and sanitary dwellings at rents that person(s) of low income can afford.” PCHA is a local agency that receives financial assistance from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The housing authority’s inventory consists of five developments: Midland Court, a 120 unit family development, Harborview and Parkview, each a 48 unit family development, and Drew Gardens and Brooksville Terrace, each a 62 unit senior citizen development. ***************************
