The Port Chester Housing Authority
The PCHA was established in 1942
as a non-profit public corporation to provide
“safe, decent, and sanitary dwellings at rents that person(s) of low income can afford.”
PCHA is a local agency that receives financial assistance from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The housing authority’s inventory consists of five developments: Midland Court, a 120 unit family development, Harborview and Parkview, each a 48 unit family development, and Drew Gardens and Brooksville Terrace, each a 62 unit senior citizen development.

_HAI Group Scholarship
Since the inception of The Resident Scholarship Program sponsored by Housing Authority Insurance, Inc. (HAI)
in 2003, we have awarded over $800,000
and 320 scholarships. We will once again offer
50 scholarships at $2,500 per scholarship.

The Clay Art Center:
Would like to announce a new schedule of multi-generational workshops that are free and open to Port Chester residents. These workshops are designed for youth teens, families, adults and seniors. There is still space available for anyone interested! Stop by the office to pick up a flyer which is available in both English and Español.
Clay Art Center Scholarship:
It is time again to offer free scholarships for our clay programs to Port Chester youth. There is no deadline and anyone interested can apply. Applications are available in both English and Español.
